    Welcome to Vesper Consultancy

    By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your relationship with Vesper Consultancy and ensure clarity in our commitments.

    1. Scope of Services

    We specialize in curating luxury travel experiences in Tanzania, including safaris, cultural tours, and beach retreats. All itineraries are bespoke and subject to partner availability. 

    2. Bookings & Payments 

    • A deposit (30%) is required to confirm bookings. 
    • Final payment is due 60 days before departure. 
    • Payments are processed securely via bank transfer or credit card

    3. Cancellations & Refunds 

    • Cancellations 90+ days before departure: Full refund (minus administrative fees). 
    • Cancellations 60–89 days before departure: 50% refund. 
    • Cancellations within 59 days: Non-refundable. 
    • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters) may warrant rescheduling. 

    4. Liability 

    • We act as intermediaries between you and service providers (lodges, airlines, etc.). We are not liable for third-party negligence. 
    • Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss is mandatory. 

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned by Vesper Consultancy. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 

    6. Third-Party Links

    Our website may link to partner sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. 

    7. Amendments

    Itineraries may change due to weather, safety concerns, or partner availability. We will notify you promptly and offer alternatives.

    8. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.
